How it all works
1. Register with Share Energy: This involves providing the necessary information about your renewable energy system and notifying NIE Networks.
2. Sell Your Exported Electricity: Once registered, we'll take care of purchasing all the electricity you export to the grid. You won’t need to find buyers or manage the selling process independently.
With Share Energy, the billing process is fully automated. Our streamlined approach makes managing your energy contributions straightforward.
3. Receive Monthly Statements: We provide detailed monthly statements outlining the amount of electricity you've sold during that period.
4. Direct Monthly Payments: We'll issue a monthly statement and make a direct payment the following month. This streamlined process guarantees you’re fairly rewarded for the electricity you’ve shared with the community.
