Share Energy lights up the Balmoral Show

Share Energy lights up the Balmoral Show

Share Energy’s stand was the place to be during the four days of the Balmoral Show, held last week in Lisburn. Our team went full on country for the NI’s largest agricultural event, but, as proof that not all cowboys wear Stetsons, we handed out over 1,000 Share Energy bucket hats to keep showgoers cool.

The Share Energy team had a fantastic time chatting with visitors about how to power their homes and farms with the lowest standard rate on the market, great value deals — and, of course, enjoying some sunshine and good conversation along the way!

We were especially thrilled to meet customers who’ve already made the switch and are now reaping the rewards. “One lady was especially excited about being able to use her tumble dryer again,” commented Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Crozier. “It’s those everyday comforts — like not stressing over the electricity bill — that really show the difference a good energy provider can make.”

We also met plenty of savvy solar panel owners who didn’t realise they could get way more value by switching providers. “Many consumers place their loyalty with energy providers that do not reciprocate the support and fall short on rates and customer service,” Andrew added. “Share Energy is here to change that and encourage people to make the move – and start saving!”

Win a £50 Smyths Toys voucher!

Lots of young visitors stopped by our stand for a picture with our favourite plumed pal or a quick sweetie refill. Just like the rest of the team, our mascot worked really hard and distributed nothing less than 400 colouring sheets – talk about sore wings!

There’s still time to enter our colouring competition. Simply post a photo of your little one’s masterpiece and tag Share Energy on Facebook or Instagram for your chance to win a £50 Smyths Toys voucher!
